Privacy Policy

How we handle your information, connected accounts, and privacy choices.

Effective and last updated: 20 September 2026

1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Axriel handles personal information in connection with axriel.com, our early-access waitlist, and Axriel features that link to this policy. Axriel is a marketing workspace for creating, reviewing, and managing marketing content. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to jackiehjc@gmail.com.

The public website currently offers an early-access waitlist. Google-connected features, including Google Ads integration, are being developed and may not yet be available to every user. The Google-data sections below apply when you choose to connect an available feature; joining the waitlist does not grant access to your Google account.

2. Information we collect

  • Waitlist and communications: your email address, signup time, and information you choose to provide when contacting us. The waitlist also records the signup source, referral page, campaign parameters, and IP address associated with the request.
  • Website usage: pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device information, referral information, and interactions such as button clicks, scrolling, and signup events. Our homepage uses Google Analytics.
  • Workspace content: where a feature is available, the prompts, marketing materials, images, and other content you choose to provide, together with the outputs and activity needed to deliver that feature.
  • Connected Google services: only the information made available by permissions you grant for the feature you use, as described below.

3. Google OAuth and Google Ads data

When you connect a Google account, Google presents the permissions being requested. Where Google sign-in is offered, basic account information may include your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile image. Axriel does not receive your Google password.

For a connected Google Ads feature, authorized information may include accessible advertising account identifiers and names; campaign and ad-group settings; ads and assets; keywords, targeting, budgets, and bidding settings; and performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, costs, and conversions. OAuth access and refresh tokens are used to maintain the connection for the permissions you authorize.

We use this information to show your connected accounts, retrieve reports, analyze campaign performance, prepare recommendations and drafts, and carry out campaign changes you authorize through available Axriel features. Connecting an account does not by itself instruct Axriel to launch a campaign or incur advertising spend. We request permissions for the features you choose to use, and disclose and seek consent for new uses before applying them.

4. How we use information

  • Manage early-access registrations and contact you about Axriel access and launch.
  • Provide requested workspace features, generate or organize marketing content, and respond to support requests.
  • Operate authorized integrations and keep connections working.
  • Understand website use, diagnose errors, prevent spam and abuse, and maintain the service.
  • Meet applicable legal obligations and handle privacy requests.

Google user data is used for the connected features described above, subject to the additional restrictions below.

5. Google API data commitments

Axriel's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.

We do not sell Google user data, provide it to data brokers, use it to determine creditworthiness, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. We do not use Google user data to build unrelated advertising profiles or for unrelated personalized advertising. Authorized Google Ads account management is limited to the advertising features you request and the applicable Google Ads policies.

Google user data is shared only as needed to provide a disclosed, user-facing feature with your consent, to address security or abuse, to comply with law, or as part of a business transfer with the prior consent required by Google's policy. Human access is limited to your affirmative agreement, necessary security investigations, legal obligations, or permitted aggregated internal operations. These restrictions also apply to information derived from Google user data.

6. Service providers and sharing

Our website is hosted by Vercel, and waitlist records are stored using Supabase. Google Analytics processes homepage usage information. These providers handle information needed for their respective services. We may also use service providers to support available workspace features, communications, and security, with access limited to their service purpose.

If you request an AI-assisted feature that sends connected Google data to an external AI provider, that transfer must be explained in the feature and authorized by you before it occurs. Joining the waitlist does not authorize such a transfer. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect users and the service; the additional Google-data restrictions above continue to apply.

7. Cookies and analytics

The homepage loads Google Analytics, which may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure visits and interactions. You can manage cookies in your browser, block analytics through browser controls, or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies or scripts may affect some website functions. Read more about Google's handling of information in the Google Privacy Policy.

8. Storage, security, and international processing

Information may be processed in countries other than your own through our hosting and service providers. Where required, appropriate safeguards must apply to those transfers. We use access restrictions and server-side handling of service credentials to help protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Connected-service credentials and records are retained only to support the authorized connection and associated service purposes, subject to the retention and deletion principles below. Do not send passwords, API keys, or authentication tokens in privacy-request emails.

9. Retention and deletion

We retain waitlist information until early-access and launch onboarding are complete, or until you withdraw, unless a further lawful reason requires retention. If you become a user, records needed to provide your service may be retained for that relationship. Other information is kept only as reasonably necessary for its stated purpose, security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

To request deletion of your waitlist record, workspace information, or stored Google-connected data, email jackiehjc@gmail.com and identify the relevant account and request. We may ask for reasonable verification before acting. We will delete or anonymize information no longer needed, subject to legal retention requirements and backup lifecycles, and explain any applicable exception. Revoking Google access stops future authorized access but does not automatically delete information already stored; please request deletion as well.

10. Your choices and rights

You can choose not to join the waitlist or connect Google services, withdraw waitlist consent, and request access to or correction of your personal information by contacting jackiehjc@gmail.com. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or to raise a concern with a data-protection authority.

You can review or revoke Axriel's Google access at any time in your Google Account connections settings. Revocation may prevent connected features from working. It does not itself pause existing Google Ads campaigns; review or pause campaigns directly in Google Ads if needed.

11. Children, changes, and contact

Axriel is intended for adult business users and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the website or other appropriate channels, and consent will be requested where required. For privacy, data-access, or deletion requests, contact the Axriel privacy contact at jackiehjc@gmail.com.
