1. Agreement and scope
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Axriel website, early-access waitlist, and Axriel services that link to these terms. By using those services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them. If you act for a business or another account owner, you must have authority to do so.
Axriel provides tools for creating, reviewing, and managing marketing content. You can contact us at jackiehjc@gmail.com. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
2. Early access and availability
The public website currently offers an early-access waitlist. Joining expresses interest; it does not guarantee access, a launch date, particular features, or pricing. Features shown or described may be in development, subject to change, or unavailable to some users. Google Ads integration is being developed and is available only where explicitly enabled.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, including for maintenance, security, legal requirements, or third-party changes. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.
3. Eligibility and account responsibilities
You must be an adult able to enter into a binding agreement and use the service lawfully. Provide accurate information, protect your account and connected-service credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for the activity you authorize and for ensuring that people acting through your business account have appropriate permission.
4. Your content and acceptable use
You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant Axriel the permission needed to process, store, reproduce, and transmit that content to provide the features you request. You must have the rights and consents needed for uploaded property photographs, branding, personal information, and other material.
Do not use Axriel to violate law or third-party rights, create deceptive or unlawful advertising, impersonate others, distribute malware, bypass security or platform limits, access accounts without authorization, or interfere with the service. You are responsible for applicable advertising rules, professional requirements, and third-party platform policies.
5. AI outputs and your review
AI-assisted outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Review content, facts, claims, images, rights, targeting, budgets, and account settings before approving or using an output. Axriel does not guarantee that outputs are unique, accurate, legally compliant, or free of third-party rights.
You remain responsible for your publishing and advertising decisions. Recommendations are assistance, not a guarantee of leads, conversions, revenue, or advertising performance.
6. Google and other connected services
You choose whether to connect third-party accounts and must be authorized to manage them. Google OAuth permissions define the access you grant. Axriel uses that access for the connected features disclosed to you and described in the Privacy Policy.
Account connection alone is not an instruction to publish content, launch ads, or spend money. Review and authorize the relevant action through the available approval flow. You are responsible for campaigns and budgets you approve and for charges imposed by Google or other platforms.
Third-party services have their own terms, availability, and policies. Axriel is an independent service; connection does not imply endorsement by Google. You can revoke access in your Google Account connections settings. Revocation may disable Axriel features but does not cancel campaigns or charges already active on a third-party platform.
7. Fees and advertising spend
Joining the public waitlist does not itself create a paid subscription. Any paid Axriel offering will disclose its pricing and payment terms before purchase. Advertising spend and other third-party charges are separate from Axriel fees and remain subject to your agreement with the relevant provider. Nothing in these terms authorizes an undisclosed charge.
8. Axriel intellectual property
Axriel's branding, website design, and service software belong to their respective owners and are protected by applicable law. These terms allow you to use the service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership of Axriel intellectual property. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.
9. Suspension and ending use
You may stop using Axriel at any time, revoke connected-service permissions, and request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal obligations, or a material breach of these terms. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and allow an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Stopping use of Axriel does not automatically stop third-party campaigns, subscriptions, or services. Manage those directly with the relevant provider.
10. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or specific results. Early-access features may contain errors or change.
To the extent permitted by law, Axriel is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party outages or actions outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory consumer rights.
11. Changes, concerns, and contact
We may revise these terms as the service develops. Updated terms will show a new date and material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel. Where acceptance is legally required, we will obtain it before applying the change. If you do not agree with revised terms, you may stop using the affected service.
Please send questions or concerns to jackiehjc@gmail.com so we can try to resolve them. Applicable mandatory laws and any rights to seek remedies before a competent authority remain unaffected.
